No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the travel package, including accommodations, activities, or services, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and healthy to participate in the booked travel activities, especially those involving physical exertion such as hiking, water sports, or other adventure-based experiences. Vivenza Travel strongly advises customers with pre-existing medical conditions to consult their physician before booking.

11. COVID-19 and Pandemic-Related Risks

Travel during a pandemic involves inherent risks, including sudden changes in regulations, mandatory testing, quarantine requirements, and service disruptions. Customers must stay updated on local health regulations and travel advisories for their destinations and are responsible for ensuring compliance.

12. Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers. While we take reasonable care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures to perform.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by third parties.
